Community Art Collage
All attendees and vendors will be offered a small canvas to paint/draw/adorn at no cost. The canvases will later be compiled into a collage for display in the community. The theme will be The Joy of Art.
The festival is being held in coordination with Idiot Jam at the Garrison Mercantile​ the evening of September 9th.
Idiot Jam musicians will play at the art fest in Vinton during the day as well as at the Jam in Garrison in the evening.
Attend the art fest, stop for dinner, then head over at 7:00 pm to the Mercantile for great music!
