I decided I liked drawing in 4th grade since my trees were just a little better than the other kids. I'm not formally trained in any way, just a high school class with Val Patrilla and I've red a few books.

I've continue to dabble at various forms of art my entire life.  Some years I've focusing on pencil or charcoal drawing, some years on stained glass, and most recently on acrylic painting. I've only taken it seriously in the past few years since joining the Guild. I've been invited to join in many projects from small painted canvases, to an entire mural, and hope to continue to be part of the art scene in Vinton.
